Five minute Friday is all about making the most of those days where we don't have a lot of time. It is so easy to feel unmotivated as it doesn't feel like there's much point if we can't put in a good session - but these short sessions are gold!
In our first Five minute Friday, I focus on quality over quantity in transitions and movement and helping Ace to feel good about our conversation.
We play with the go button, stop button, half halts, shoulder yields, clicker training and chill time.
